Cancellation policy: Refund less a $25 handling fee as long as you cancel by 10 June, 2026. After 11 June refunds will not be available but registrations can be transferred. Considering uncertainties in travel and critical professional activities, to support attendees, we will waive the registration cancellation fee for anyone impacted by these challenges.

If you would like to view or make changes to your registration, please login again and click the Profile button above and then:

Once in your profile:

• Contact Info - Edit Profile - Update your Contact and upload your current profile photo.
• Custom - If you are registering as a Graduate Student, please click the Custom Button and make sure you have uploaded a document verifying your status as a current graduate student. All other should click on the Degree button and please include your advanced degree, this information is very helpful to share with our industry sponsors.
• Activities – This is where you should see your current registration and can view the details or click the edit button (the little pencil icon) to make changes such as adding Gala Dinner or Guests.
• Settings – You can opt-in to the online registration list and determine what contact information you wish to share with other meeting attendees.
