Save on registration! Join the KSHV Association during the registration process. All fees are in USD. All KSHV Association Membership dues include, access to the member directory for use in networking, membership discounts on registration for KSHV 2025 equal to the membership fee, and is a qualifying factor in serving on the board as an officer of the Society. Members are also encouraged to share their job openings and recent publications with the KSHV Association to have them shared via the Society’s Website and Social Networking sites. Student members can apply for KSHV 2025 Registration Waivers through the online abstract form, for presenting their work at KSHV 2026 at the CSSB Centre for Structural Systems Biology, Notkestraße 85, Building 15, Hamburg, Germany.

The meeting program begins with the opening session at 17:00 on Sunday, 28 June, followed by a welcome reception and Poster Session 1 at the CSSB. Meeting will continue all day on Monday, 29 June and Tuesday, 30 June with a half day of meetings on Wednesday, 1 July, breaking after lunch. There is a group networking dinner planned for Tuesday night, 30 June by the harbor in Hamburg (additional registration will be required), more details will follow. There are planned lunches for Monday through Wednesday. If you need to keep the optional Gala dinner ticket as a separate payment, for instance for NIH employees, please register first without the Gala, pay for the registration and then login again to add the optional Gala which can then be paid for with another credit card.
